Frequently Asked Questions

My processing time is the time it takes me to complete the orders before yours, and your own.

This is typically around two weeks, although this may fluctuate during busy periods. 

All orders are posted with Royal Mail 1st Class. This usually takes 1-2 working days. 

Any carrier-related delays are out of my control but I'm always happy to help if something is delayed! Just pop me a message and I can look into it for you. 

I ship worldwide! All international orders are sent with tracking, via Royal Mail. 

International shipping is £10.50 which includes tracking 

The Royal Mail aim is 5-7 working days for international delivery. It can fluctuate during busy periods. 

On rare occasions, items can be damaged in transit. If this happens, let me know right away!

I'll refund your postage cost and request the item to be returned for repair, or send a replacement if repair is not possible. 

Your item must arrive unworn, in the condition you found it. 

Replacement items will not be charged for, nor will repair work if the cause of damage was transit 

Many orders can be personalised! 

For personalised goods, either use the personalisation box in the listing, or leave a note at checkout with your desired personalisation.

I don't have a gift wrapping service. However, all orders are swathed in organza, string, tissue and sparkles so are pretty enough to gift!
